Staff is very-very nice and courteous!

The room is immaculate and with climate control and flat-screen television. The property's location is favourable and marvellous, just next door to the central square, and the central place. It's right next to Pinooohcho, where you can have lunch❤😃

Spacious room that was worth the price! Had a nice shower and soft bath sheets for guests to use, making sure they had everything they needed. the private bathroom was big. 🛁

The location was favourable, close enough to the central place, centre, and the laguna and easily accessible. It also was in close proximity to the lagoon.

We had a fantastic stay at Casa Chejum! Our purpose for the trip was to relax and explore the area, and this hotel was perfect for both. The location was ideal, close to everything but still quiet. The courtyard was a lovely spot to unwind with a coffee or drink. The room was spotless and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They even did our laundry for a reasonable price. We will definitely be coming back!

This hidden gem exceeded our expectations with its convenient location, quiet atmosphere, and friendly staff. The courtyard provided a perfect spot to relax and enjoy a coffee or drink, while the immaculate room had an amazingly comfortable bed. The quick response to our request for an extra blanket and the affordable laundry service showed their dedication to guest satisfaction. The high-speed internet and complimentary breakfast added to the already incredible value.

We stayed at a hotel during Christmas and enjoyed our stay. the location was convenient, with only a short walk to the main square. the staff was friendly and helpful, and they even offered a private tour to the nearby lagoon. We also appreciated the complimentary breakfast and the comfortable beds. it was a pleasant experience.
